Our shoot with Maddie was brief but memorable.  I saw some bad polaroids of her on a forum late one night -- could barely see her face, but oh, that hair -- and knew we had to hire her.  She photographed even better than we imagined, coming across more like an old-time Hollywood starlet than the midwestern girl she was.  (If only we'd had the wardrobe to enhance that!)  She's one of those girls I wish we'd met later in our career, so we could really have done her justice.  Still, I really enjoy these oldies.
