I'm not quite sure how Cara got into the business, the best I can figure out is she was an online bondage-lover and eventually decided to start modeling for the sites she visited.  She came onto the scene quickly and loudly -- working for everyone with reach -- and disappeared just as quickly.  She certainly gave Tyler Scot some competition for sweetest, most innocent-looking bondage model.
